If students have other qualifications other than HKDSE and / or Music Quaifications, you may need to submit certified copies to the JUPAS office. For details, you may refer to :

The school administration period for the certification procedure is :
1 Dec 2013 – 18 Dec 2013 / 6 Jan 2014 – 17 Jan 2014

Certification Procedure :
• Fill in the C10 form from office.
• Submit the original documents together with the photocopies (must be in the same order) to the school office.
• The office will return the original certificates to you immediately after checking.
• The certified copies will be available after being signed by the principal with school chop.
• You should then mail the certified documents to the JUPAS office directly, with your application number at the upper right corner as stated clearly on web.
